Department of Computer Science and Communication

The Department of Computer Science and Communication features Computer Technology, Communication Technology, and Nuclear Technology to serve national defense and local economic development. In 2003, two undergraduate programs of Computer Science and Information Management System were added in our Nanchang Campus.

Four bachelor degree programs: 1. Engineering inComputer Science & Technology, 2. Engineering in Communication Engineering, 3. Engineering in Nuclear Engineering & Technology, 4. Management in Information Systems

Four Certificates with Software Technology, Graphic Image Design, Cartoon Design, and Information Security Technology

One Adult Education with Computer Science & Technology

Presently, there are over 1870 full time students and about 700 part time students enrolled.

Staff of Department There are 92 employees in our department, including 5 professors, 2 adjunct professors, 22 associate professors, 8 foreign teachers, 26 postgraduates.

Facilities The facilities include one national defense nuclear technology key laboratory, ten professional learning and lab centers.

Collaboration: Research with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
