This program prepares highly-qualified professionals for scientific research, teaching, resources development and utilization, resource management, the monitoring and protecting of the environment, regional sustainable economic growth, urban and rural planning in scientific research institutions or universities, private enterprises and government agencies. They will be equipped with the basic theories, knowledge and skills of resource management, urban and rural planning.
